Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust, scalable web applications using React and Node.js.
- Lead the architecture of microservices and ensure system integrations are seamless and secure.
- Conduct code reviews, perform debugging, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and product managers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and reduce time-to-market.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of database management systems (PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control (Git).
