Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize application performance and ensure code quality through rigorous testing.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct regular code reviews.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and technical architecture discussions.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases.
