Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex web applications using modern technologies (React, Node.js, and cloud services).
- Architect scalable backend systems and optimize frontend performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and establish best practices for code quality.
- Maintain and improve the security, reliability, and scalability of existing software products.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and modern CSS frameworks.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
- Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
