Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions using modern web technologies (React, Node.js, Python).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and implement technical roadmaps.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster team growth.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure long-term system stability and performance.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and server-side languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
- Strong understanding of database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
