As a Senior Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical architecture of our flagship products and ensuring code quality across the board.
Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting thorough code reviews.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Optimization: Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
- Testing: Develop and maintain unit tests and integration tests to ensure system reliability.
- Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React.js or Vue.js, with a strong understanding of state management.
- Backend: Solid experience with Node.js or Python and RESTful APIs.
- Databases: Expert knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
