Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Testing: Conduct thorough code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure product stability.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions to foster team growth.
- Optimization: Monitor application performance and optimize database queries and frontend rendering for speed.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive technical documentation for APIs, architecture, and deployment processes.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Frontend: Proficiency in React or Angular and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js or Python, and RESTful API design.
- Databases: Solid understanding of SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Tools: Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
