Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and ArgoCD
- Optimize Kubernetes clusters (EKS/GKE) for 99.99% availability and cost efficiency
- Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and CloudFormation
- Implement robust monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and Datadog
- Lead cloud migrations while maintaining zero-downtime deployments
- Document architecture decisions and create runbooks for operational teams
- Mentor junior engineers on cloud best practices and security protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with AWS/GCP
- Expert proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/GCP and/or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD)
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale cloud environments
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems under pressure
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
