Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data pipelines.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to define data requirements and ensure data integrity.
- Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate large datasets.
- Document data models, methodologies, and technical specifications for the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related technical field.
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R is required.
- Strong working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience with data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or SQL Server).
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Business Analytics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
