Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Visualization: Design and implement advanced dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators and operational trends.
- Clean & Transform Data: Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for reporting purposes.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain managers and operations leads to identify business needs and translate them into data solutions.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast inventory needs, logistics costs, and seasonal demand fluctuations.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and recommend automation strategies to streamline workflows.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership, highlighting critical insights and actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation; expertise in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
