Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to support strategic initiatives.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to communicate findings to non-technical audiences.
- Develop and maintain statistical models to forecast trends and measure performance metrics.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry errors.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership to drive business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (querying, joins, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Expert level experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
