Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and database architectures to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and data visualizations.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of all data across reporting systems and databases.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes using SQL, Python, and ETL tools to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
