Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, and Engineering) to define data requirements and solve business problems.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the tech or finance sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expert level knowledge of Python or R for advanced data analysis.
- Proven experience creating visualizations with tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
