Responsibilities
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business intelligence and reporting needs.
- Dashboard Creation: Build interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to understand requirements and deliver data-backed insights.
- Database Management: Optimize SQL queries and manage data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Process Optimization: Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Atlanta, GA office.
