Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and ETL processes to support business intelligence reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators and track business metrics.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
