Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance for speed and reliability.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Ensure all code is clean, maintainable, and adheres to security best practices.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 5+ years of professional software development experience in a contract or agile environment.
• Proficiency in React, Node.js, or Python is required.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL databases, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be available to start immediately.
