Join our elite recruitment team in Seattle's thriving tech hub! InnovateTech Partners seeks an experienced Contract Recruiter to fill critical technical roles at Fortune 500 startups. This 6-month contract offers flexible remote work with 2 in-office days per week in our downtown Seattle office. Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ technical roles simultaneously
- Collaborate with engineering leads to define role requirements and hiring roadmaps
- Conduct technical interviews and assessments for mid-to-senior level positions
- Optimize recruitment funnel metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)
- Implement diversity hiring initiatives to build inclusive teams
- Maintain accurate candidate data in Greenhouse ATS
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS/tech companies
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent (Python, AWS, ML)
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment pipelines
- Strong technical acumen to evaluate candidate skills effectively
- Experience with Greenhouse, Lever, or modern ATS platforms
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with hiring leaders
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
