Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for permanent and contract positions across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies including LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and industry events
- Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings and interviews to assess cultural fit and technical competencies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop and nurture client relationships to understand hiring needs and market trends
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience with demonstrated success in placing specialized roles
- Expert knowledge of Denver's job market and key industry sectors
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills with experience using recruitment metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- SHRM-CP or CSP certification a plus
