Responsibilities

Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success placing software engineers in Detroit's tech market
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and frameworks
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles
