Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT systems for federal government clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions
- Conduct system audits and performance optimization for enterprise-level infrastructure
- Develop technical documentation and training materials for end-users
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols (NIST, FISMA)
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical systems as needed
- Lead migration projects from legacy to modern cloud-based architectures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies
- Active Security+ or CISSP certification
- Proven experience with federal government IT projects
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
