Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python, Java, or Go.
- Optimize database queries and ensure data integrity across distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices for night-optimized deployments.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues during off-peak hours to minimize downtime.
- Write comprehensive technical documentation and deployment scripts.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in backend software development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, or C#).
- Proven experience with relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule.
