Role Overview:
As a Senior AI Research Scientist, you will spearhead the development of advanced artificial intelligence models designed to operate autonomously by 2026. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application, ensuring our systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with human values.
Responsibilities
- Lead Research Initiatives: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 AI systems, focusing on self-learning algorithms and predictive modeling.
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale neural networks using Python and PyTorch to achieve breakthrough performance in natural language processing and computer vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and ethicists to translate complex research findings into deployable software solutions.
- Publication & Thought Leadership: Publish high-impact research papers in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and contribute to the open-source community.
- Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Oversee the scaling of AI infrastructure to ensure low-latency performance in real-world applications.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI research roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of statistics and linear algebra.
- Research Track Record: A proven history of publishing patents or peer-reviewed papers in the field of Artificial Intelligence.
