Responsibilities
- Architect & Deploy: Design and implement scalable AI architectures for next-generation neural networks and generative models.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models for latency, throughput, and energy efficiency in edge environments.
- Ethical AI: Establish and enforce guidelines for responsible AI development, ensuring fairness, transparency, and safety in algorithmic outputs.
- Collaboration: Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously monitor system performance, conduct A/B testing, and iterate on model improvements based on real-world data.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning research.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX; extensive experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and deep generative models.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and architectural challenges.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
