Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage with passive and active job seekers.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific talent needs.
- Placement Execution: Manage the end-to-end placement process, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide weekly activity reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, persuasive tone.
- Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines simultaneously.
- ATS Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Diligence: Strong work ethic and a drive to exceed sales and placement targets.
