- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards and social media platforms to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Client Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide status updates.
- Onboarding Support: Guide new hires through the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment metrics using our CRM software.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide valuable insights.
Qualifications
- Entry-Level Open: No prior recruitment or staffing experience required; we train all new hires.
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in New York.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic to intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Self-Motivated: A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and achieve targets.
