Responsibilities
- Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking, and job boards.
- Conduct comprehensive phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Utilize CRM software to track candidate pipelines and client interactions effectively.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks to provide accurate advice to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, JobDiva).
- Valid Driver's License and willingness to travel within the Miami area for client meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
