What You'll Do:
- Source, screen, and interview high-quality candidates across various industries including Tech, Healthcare, and Logistics.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with local businesses to secure new contracts.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Develop creative recruiting strategies to meet aggressive monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless placement and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account management (staffing industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce) and ATS platforms.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation (for client visits).
