Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough screening and interviewing of potential candidates via phone and video calls.
- Match qualified applicants to open positions based on client requirements and candidate skills.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates within the Memphis area.
- Manage candidate data accurately in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Communicate with clients regarding candidate availability and feedback.
- Assist in onboarding and orientation for new temporary employees.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation is required.
