Responsibilities
- Screening & Sourcing: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Placement: Match qualified candidates with suitable job openings and coordinate the placement process.
- Client Management: Maintain strong relationships with client companies to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates.
- Database Management: Update and maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with paperwork and orientation to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Computer Proficiency: Must be proficient in MS Office Suite and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
