Responsibilities
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical and administrative roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified talent to meet client demands.
- Develop and manage relationships with key clients, understanding their hiring needs and business goals.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and salary benchmarks.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Attend and participate in local industry networking events to generate new business leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote open positions and company brand.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (entry-level with high potential considered).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of motivation and self-discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
