Responsibilities
- Source & Screen: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, networking) to identify and engage top talent for our diverse client portfolio.
- Client Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct full-cycle recruiting including interviewing, assessing skills, salary negotiation, and closing placements.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends to advise clients on salary benchmarks and talent availability.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Recruiter Branding: Represent Apex Staffing Solutions as a thought leader in the Minneapolis business community.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or sales is highly preferred (internships considered with strong academic record).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Diligence: Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
- Availability: Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for networking events.
