Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for various industries.
- Manage client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using advanced sourcing techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and talent gaps.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Self-motivated with a drive to exceed sales targets.
