Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific talent requirements and business goals.
- Talent Acquisition: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and soft skills of potential candidates.
- Placement Execution: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including offer negotiation, onboarding coordination, and contract management.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred; recent graduates with a strong drive are also encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Digital Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever.
- Self-Motivation: A hunter mentality with the ability to work independently and meet strict monthly/weekly targets.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
