Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of temporary and permanent positions.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using social media and networking.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and negotiating offers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (hiring managers) to understand their business needs and culture.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote open positions and employer branding.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service (entry-level candidates with strong drive considered).
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience in a high-volume environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobscience) and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).
