Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from client needs analysis to final placement and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their business needs.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to ensure cultural and skill fit.
- Negotiate salary and contract terms to secure the best offers for both candidates and clients.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and pipeline performance.
- Attend industry networking events and job fairs to expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping others find their dream jobs.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
