Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust network of active and passive candidates within specific industries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their hiring needs and business challenges.
- Conduct market research to identify talent gaps and new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking to clients to facilitate successful placements.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or customer service (Entry-level candidates with strong aptitude considered).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and hit targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
