Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to source, screen, and secure top talent for key client accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand evolving business needs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct professional candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- 1-2+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (candidates with a strong work ethic and hunger to learn are also encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a track record of achieving high performance targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Bullhorn) and applicant tracking systems.
