Responsibilities

  • Schedule & Coordinate: Manage calendars, schedule interviews, and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers across the Houston metroplex.
  • Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate and detailed candidate information.
  • Candidate Relations: Communicate effectively with applicants regarding job opportunities, interview feedback, and next steps.
  • Client Support: Assist account managers in preparing recruitment packets and submitting qualified candidates to client job orders.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Research: Assist in market research to identify staffing trends and talent pools within the local community.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, HR, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: No prior experience required. We value potential and teachability.
  • Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse populations.
