Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate data
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution across multiple platforms
- Conduct initial candidate interviews and document feedback
- Support onboarding processes for placed candidates
- Collaborate with team to meet weekly recruitment KPIs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
