Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries (IT, Healthcare, Finance)
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to match candidates with client needs
- Negotiate competitive compensation packages and manage offer logistics
- Cultivate long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems to track recruitment metrics and optimize workflows
- Collaborate with sales team to identify emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs (placements, billings)
- Expertise in Boolean search and social media recruitment strategies
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for client meetings
