Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries including hospitality, healthcare, and tech
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from job requisition to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and job seekers
- Utilize ATS platforms to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement quotas

- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Jobvite)
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
