Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify and source potential candidates for open positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to match candidates with client needs.
- Coordinate interview schedules and manage candidate communication.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and temporary staff.
- Update candidate databases and track recruitment pipelines using our CRM system.
- Assist in the placement of temporary and permanent staff to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new software tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
