In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and the best talent in the industry. You will learn the end-to-end lifecycle of talent acquisition, develop your sales skills, and play a pivotal role in shaping the careers of others. No prior recruitment experience is required—we provide comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and networking to identify and engage top-tier talent for our client base.
- Interviewing: Conduct professional phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and career goals.
- Client Relations: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their specific staffing needs.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and provide exceptional customer service throughout the placement process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise candidates effectively.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or Communications is a plus.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, resilient, and driven by performance-based compensation.
- Attitude: A positive, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Tools: Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
