Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networking to identify and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and culture.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule, conduct, and document phone and in-person interviews efficiently.
- Placement Management: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current with labor market trends in New Orleans to provide expert advice to clients.
- Administrative Excellence: Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our ATS database.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn).
- Location: Must reside in the Greater New Orleans Metropolitan Area.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field is a plus.
