Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards to proactively identify and engage top talent.
- Conduct effective phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted recruitment strategies for new market segments.
- Ensure all candidate data is accurately maintained in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales (immediate hire candidates with strong soft skills are encouraged to apply).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a significant plus.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting targets.
