Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Screening: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify and source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver quality talent.
- Interview Process: Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure they are a perfect fit for client requirements.
- Placement & Negotiation: Manage the interview scheduling, salary negotiation, and offer process to close placements quickly.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) regularly.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends to provide insights to the sales team regarding labor market availability.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B experience is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Tools: Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Drive: Highly motivated self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience in high-volume sales is acceptable.
