Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and engage qualified candidates for open positions.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide exceptional service.
- Onboarding: Guide candidates through the onboarding process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client databases within our CRM system.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Las Vegas market.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Drive: Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Las Vegas, NV.
