Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for local Mesa businesses.
- Manage candidate relationships through various communication channels (phone, email, social media) to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
- Post open positions on major job boards, social networks, and internal databases to attract talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build talent pipelines.
- Track candidate metrics and provide weekly updates on hiring pipeline status to management.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to payroll and compliance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or similar software is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
