Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, Indeed, and networking events to identify and engage passive candidates for diverse roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person screenings to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Placement: Manage the end-to-end placement process, including negotiation of offers and onboarding support for new hires.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS) and talent pipeline.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive offers.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (experience in a staffing agency is highly preferred).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and hiring targets.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple candidates and client accounts simultaneously while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Tools: Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and social media recruiting tools.
