Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across multiple industries using cutting-edge recruitment technologies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from initial screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and improve conversion rates
- Represent our agency at industry events and build professional networks
- Maintain accurate candidate records in our ATS while ensuring compliance with EEO regulations
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and drive collective success
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven recruitment experience in agency or corporate environments
- Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive candidate engagement
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs (time-to-fill, submission-to-interview ratio)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and recruitment analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
