Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive job seekers.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and requirements.
- Negotiate salary, benefits, and start dates with successful candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies to meet placement goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (B2B or B2C).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding candidate placement metrics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruiting CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and a "hunter" mentality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
